Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Validity Period: Vouchers can only be redeemed with in 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Redemption: The voucher can be used towards any of our shooting courses valued at or above £150, NOT theory classes. If the chosen course exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.
• Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Transferability: Vouchers are transferable but can only be used by the person who presents the voucher on the day of the session. Any changes in participant details must be notified at least 7 days before the booking date.
• Extension Policy: The expiry date of the voucher will only be extended under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.
• Booking and Cancellation: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to book your session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the booked date. Failure to do so may result in the voucher being voided.
• Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather conditions, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
• Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Vouchers are issued electronically and are intended for single use only. If your code has been lost or used without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually and, if appropriate, may issue a replacement code or provide a refund at our discretion.
