A highly skilled and experienced Royal Marines Scout Sniper Team Leader, Adam—better known as “Patch”—has honed his expertise through multiple global deployments in some of the most challenging environments. His mastery spans both close-quarters marksmanship and long-range precision shooting, making him an invaluable asset to our training team.
Patch’s skills extend beyond land-based operations. With extensive experience in maritime security, he has operated from helicopters and boats, demonstrating adaptability and precision across multiple platforms. His deep knowledge of small and large calibre firearms, combined with his ability to instruct at the highest level, ensures every client benefits from elite-level training.

With extensive operational and instructional experience, Ryan provides high-level medical training tailored for any environment.

Renowned for his calm, composed, and meticulous approach, Baz excels under pressure and is committed to ensuring every student receives the most up-to-date, effective, and life-saving training.
